Charles Malik M.A.
Education, training and experience:
Charles Malik M.A. is an individual, couple and family counselor and a Domestic Violence Intervention specialist. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors. and an Associate member of the American Psychological Association. Charles received a B.A. from Trinity College, Miami, FL; M. Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL., and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Governors State University, University Park, IL. He has been in the counseling field since 1984 and with CPCC since 1993. He is licensed as provided by law, with the Division of Professional Licensing, State of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, License #020703 LH00006749, and by the National Board of Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor #23403. He is a Certified Reality Therapist and is recognized by the State of WA. as a supervisor in a State Certified Domestic Violence Perpetrator Treatment Program. He attends a number of continuing education events each year to meet the continuing education requirements of Washington, N.B.C.C.; A.A.C.C.; A.C.A
